Bunnies bunnies bunnies...

Hey all, so apparantly I made one of these almost a year ago and didn't even realize I still had one, lol. I must have been bored or something. Anyway, I really suck at keeping up on things like this (I'm not a good diary-or-anything-similar kind of person, hehe) so if this totally dies, don't say I didn't warn you - especially since I'm down to 17 rabbits now and not breeding much - but I'll try my best!
This will probably end up being more of a picture blog than anything else, cause I love cameras and photography, and my bunnies are the easiest victims. =) But hey, everyone loves pictures right? So, to the left is my blue Tan buck, Quinn, being a goon. He is such a weirdo....really sweet rabbit though. Fuzzies are my main breed, and the only ones that I raise - I absolutely love them to death - but with this being my last summer with the rabbits (at least not for a looong time) I wanted to cut back and make sure I ENJOY the rabbits for my last summer, which means I get to play with some different breeds, hehe. Right now I have 13 Fuzzies (and 7 baby Fuzzies in the nestbox) a French Lop (Frenchie), an English Lop (Mishi), a Tan (Quinn) and a BEW Sport Nethie (Conkers, aka the Cuteness).
The next picture is my future fancy pen for fair - I really lucked out to get 3 broken blacks in one litter, that hardly ever happens - they all seem healthy too, so hopefully they will all make it through and turn out nice. I've wanted to do a fancy pen for years but it just never worked out, so I'm hoping the bunny gods will be on my side with this being my last year for fair. The broken blacks are so darn cute too, they are all identical except for the one in the middle has some white splotchies on his ears. It's cute though :) Aside from these three (who are Bastet's Remington x Frysmet's Magic) I have 1 more baby from the Remi x Magic cross (a FAT broken tort) 1 broken chestnut baby that is out of Ski's Viggo and Ski's Riley, two of my nicest rabbits. I also have a broken tort and a charlie tort out of Whynot's Warrior and Fry's Zoey. Zoey is mostly HighMeadow (now Whynot's) lines, so it should be a nice cross, I don't have much of the Whynot/HighMeadow line, but I love the look of the rabbits, so I'm excited about these two.

And this little fella is Fry's Jamie, he is for sale - I don't have enough spots open to enter him in fair, so I'm just going to sell him now since the only rabbits I'm keeping are either special pets or rabbits I will be showing at fair. He is a little cutie! I love his head. He is $25 for anyone in the area.

And just because it's cute... "walking the dog"...lol. I've never had to walk a rabbit on a leash except for a couple times when I had just one pet rabbit, and the rabbit just sat there...my Fuzzies and other rabbits just run around the yard and stay near you, they don't run away, and even if they wanted to, they just aren't built for "getting away" - lol - I could probably walk faster than they could run, so no worries. But Quinn (like most Tans) is a crazy boy when he has the chance to run - a leash was recommended to me if I wanted to let him run around the yard, so as dorky as I felt buying one, I got him one so he could go outside like the other bunnies. I don't think he'd ever been outside before, because as soon as he realized where he was, he started binkying and running around like the crazy boy he is. It was really cute actually. He got away once by flipping out, thought I was going to lose him because if he wanted to, he could be gone in a second - I hadn't tightened the leash right but I've got it down now, so no worries ;)
This is what Quinn thinks of the leash....lol
